We know how frustrating it is to not get what you were promised starting from the quality of the fabrics, finishing and packaging so we promised ourselves that we’re going to be committed to making Quality-Produced Minimal Clothing Brand that hopefully meet all of your high expectations

  • Use gentle washing cycle and make sure using gentle cleaning detergent.
  • Have same colored fabrics washed together.
  • Avoid dryers since maximum heat can be damaging to your favorite pieces especially Linen fabrics, However “The wrinkles in linen are part of its beauty and casual nature”.
  • Exchange is available and accepted but kindly notify us with your request within 24 hours only.
  • You can get back to CLAY within 24 hrs from your order’s delivery date by sending an email or a direct message and we will contact you as fast as we can.
  • If you don’t notify us within 24 hrs and the product has been used in that case CLAY can’t be able to replace your order.
  • If the garment you want to exchange is out of stock you will have a store credit with the garment’s price to be used in other available products.
  • Please don’t use the product and keep the tag.
  • Customers are responsible for the shipping costs related to the exchange.

We hope you will love everything that you order from CLAY but if something isn’t quite right, You CAN REFUND OR EXCHANGE your order.

Please ensure that all items are returned clean and have all of their tags and original packaging.

  • You may open the package and check your item before the courier leaves and incase you want to refund your order, you pay for shipping fees only and refund the package at once.
  • Partial Returns ARE NOT ALLOWED, You must either accept the entire order or return it in full, if you want to refund or exchange an item, please reach out to us within 24 hours to accept your request.
  • Refund Fees applied & deducted from the total bill.
  • Refund requests take ( 48 hrs to 3 days) inside Cairo & Giza – ( 3-5 days) in any other government.
  • We ask you to return the product in a proper condition.

You can get your CLAY garments within 2-7 days starting from the day you place your order.

  • Add to the shopping cart.
  • Check the delivery fees options
  • Enter your full contacts and press checkout.

We occasionally receive restocks of short-run releases, however, we unfortunately won’t be able to inform you if and when, we will be restocking in a specific style.

We recommend that you take advantage of our current in-stock range, and keep up to date with new releases and restocks. You can also keep watch on our social media channels.

No, all the items during final sale CAN NOT BE RETURNED but YOU CAN EXCHANGE.

You can request an exchange within 24 hours from the date you recieve the package.

Customers are responsible for the shipping costs related to the exchange.

Your order’s tracking number will be appeared once you checkout the order, you will be able to track your order easily and you can use it in case of any inquiries by sending a message to CLAY.
