Refund Policy:

We hope you will love everything that you order from us but if something isn’t quite right, you have a 24 hrs to request for a refund by emailing us ( claymcw@gmail.com ) or by sending a DM – a FB Message.

We’ll give you a refund by the same method you used to pay ( Cash Back ) except for governments outside Cairo & Giza refunds will be via Bank Transfer or E-Wallet.

Please ensure that all items are returned clean, unworn and have all of their tags and original packaging.

  • You can refund your order incase of receiving a wrong order – a defected order.
  • you can request for a refund within 24 hrs starts from receiving the package.
  • Refund Fees applied & deducted from the total bill.
  • Refund requests take ( 48hrs to 3 days) inside Cairo & Giza – ( 3-5 days) in any other government.
  • We ask you to return the product in a proper condition for the next customer.

Exchange Policy:

  • Exchange is only offered if you receive a wrong garment or the garment has a defect.
  • You can get back to CLAY within 24 hrs from your order’s delivery date by sending a direct message and we will contact you as fast as we can.
  • If you don’t notify us within 24 hrs and the product has been used in that case CLAY can’t be able to replace your order.
  • If the garment you want to exchange is out of stock you will have a store credit with the garment’s price to be used in other available products.
  • Please don’t use the product and keep the tag.

Can I return/exchange a sale item?
